Feasibility and Valuations

We work with Architects to provide RIBA cost plans and assist with feasibility and value engineering challenges. We carry out cost plans for domestic customers who want to find out how much a project may cost them before going too far down the line having drawings done, planning permission obtained and getting quotes from contractors. We can check and analyse your contractor quotations and determine which is the most suitable (Hint – it is not always the cheapest!). Once you have employed a contractor, we can check their invoices and make sure you are not overpaying. We can value works complete in the case of a dispute arising.
