Monthly valuations provide a valuable tool for any client looking to collect an accurate monthly cost for the work.

Make sure you do it how your Sub-Contract do it! Submit it at the right time, send it to the right person. We know the pitfalls and excuses used to reduce payments (trust me we have used them)! Avoid having the Contractor QS slashing your genuine valuation.
